NorthgateArinso expands international service delivery network
~ opens European Regional Delivery Center in Granada, Spain ~

NorthgateArinso, the global Human Resources software and services provider, has expanded its offshore capabilities with the opening of a new European Regional Delivery Center located in Granada, Spain. The new center forms part of the company’s global delivery network, designed to deliver value in HR services to its customers worldwide in both their global Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and integration businesses. The new center was officially opened last week by Chris Stone, CEO of NorthgateArinso.

The opening of the new Regional Delivery Center (RDC) is part of the company’s ongoing expansion in Granada, Spain, where NorthgateArinso opened the first service center in February 2007. The RDC in Granada has grown to employing 160 people today. “NorthgateArinso will continue to promote Granada as one of the most important international service hubs worldwide,” said Kobe Verdonck, Executive Director EMEA.

By adding a new centre, NorthgateArinso will improve the quality of its Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and integration business through economies of scale, greater efficiency, organization optimization and process improvements while strengthening its global delivery network.

NorthgateArinso already supports outsourcing services in Granada for international customers from more than 20 countries worldwide, employing 160 young IT professionals, most of who graduated from the Granada University. The city of Granada has a well-known and prestigious University offering a wide range of qualified resources, multi-lingual graduates.

With this announcement, the total number of people employed by the company in Granada will increase to 200 before the end of the year.

Right-shoring in Europe
